As most of our merchandise is manufactured to order, we are experiencing delays in the dispatch of orders. 

All of our suppliers are operating with short staffing levels due to social distancing measures.

As much as we'd like to get your products to you as quickly as possible we are a small business and don't have the resources or facilities to hold large stocks like Amazon, so are left with little option but to pass these delays on to our customers.

As a business, we will not make promises we cannot keep so we are advising our customers to allow for the 'worst case scenario' in terms of when their order will be dispatched. Currently this is 10 working days. Obviously, wherever possible we will aim to deliver your items as soon as we possibly can and we are in constant contact with our suppliers to ensure that happens.

We hope you understand and can bare with us whilst we try and navigate our way through these demanding times.
